Agency talk

Today was a pretty relaxing day as we discussed government agencies within the U.S. Every student was assigned their own agency to research, and then we presented them informally in class. I feel that I learned quite a lot about different agencies or programs in the U.S. The ones I liked the most were the Let's Move Campaign, Empty Bowls Program, and a garden initiative program. I felt that these programs had an overall good meaning behind them. If you don't know much about them, I suggest you look them up. They are quite interesting. Other than that, this is all we did today. With the weather being nice, I am excited to get a start on our community garden plot! Time to start planting some delicious produce :)
